Christian Fellowship Church

awana

The AWANA name comes from 2 Timothy 2:15 and stands for:

"Approved Workmen Are Not Ashamed".

The Christian Fellowship Church has an Awana's event every Wednesday at 7:00 pm, starting in September and ending in May.

Winning our boys and girls over to Christ and then training them for Christian service, is the goal of our Awana program. The evening is separated into three segments. Council Time is the focal point of the evening, which includes story time, singing, presentation of awards and more. Handbook Time is where the children recite their memory verses and build one on one friendships with their leader. Game Time is exciting for all, as everyone gets involved in the fun; it is also a time for doing crafts.

Special events, such as the Christmas Awana Fair Night, are fun packed with games and prizes for everyone! Make sure you don't miss out on the famous Awana Grand Prix, as the kids build their own race car out of a block of wood and engage in a friendly drag race competition with the others.
